I'd love to hear which one you're dreaming about.  For me it doesn't get any better than al fresco dining.  I think I'd just start at the top of this post and work my way down!

PS - thanks so much for the support for my "Giving with Purpose" post from yesterday.
I loved hearing more ideas to do good in the world also!

Sources and even more al fresco inspiration can be found here.

  1. Would you mind terribly if I popped around to each one of those settings? They're all gorgeous and if we pretend I have my own private jet then we're good to go....lol. Beautiful pictures, really!

The first one liteally took my breath away and then the Napa rivals it for 1st place, guess I would have to go to both! Wow, just breathtaking in every way and I am with you, nothing beats sitting outside with loved ones and enjoying a beautiful meal under the stars or under a bright crisp sky...the ultimate!!

  5. Oh, what a wonderful post. It couldn't be grayer and rainy-er here in Seattle. I'd love to join in any of these spots of some a fresco dining - I can hear the champagne bottle popping. I would happily find myself in any of these locations... but Paris is always my first choice!

    Happy weekend!

  13. So nice to have found your site. Inspiring to be drawn out of doors for a beautiful dinner...even though we are in the middle of snowy winter! There seems to be an overall sense of grace and honesty in the images. In a word, Inviting. Thank you.
