Love those feathers added to this wreath!
We have been lucky to have a long streak of sunshine, but as the calendar flipped over into September, the temps have dropped about ten degrees to add a chill to the mornings and evenings.
I don't mind - I'm ready to bundle up in scarves and sweaters.
How about you?
Gorgeous pictures Barbara! Love all the elegant fall inspiration, such beautiful images!
ReplyDeleteSuch fabulous images! M.
ReplyDeleteI just talked to my best friend in Seattle yesterday and she said the same thing, cool mornings and she has to layer pieces on for work. We're definitely into fall now in New England with our mornings in the 40's but thankfully warms up during the day. Love all your pictures and I hope to find green and white pumpkins this year.

Barbara-
ReplyDeleteLucky you to be feeling the fall air. Looking forward to it here.
I love fall with all of the natural decor. I could sit down with the first basket, and I have always loved feathers in arrangements.
Happy Monday.

Gorgeous, Barbara. We went biking in the Cascade foothills this weekend and the leaves were starting to turn - no denying fall is almost here, but it's hard to believe with temps in the 80s again this week. This is one of the most beautiful Septembers I can recall!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely week. XO

So ready for fall in the Northeast and hoping the leaves will cooperate this year given the dry summer we had. We love dressing in layers then peeling them away as the sun warms the day. Lovely autumn inspiration, Barbara.

Wonderful pictures, Barbara. My morning walk resulted in a pocket full of acorns and hazel nuts, which are now in a small earthen bowl here by my desk. A few trees are just beginning to show their colors and every day, I see monarch butterflies winging their way south.
ReplyDeleteCheers,
John

I feel ready to embrace autumn after seeing this inspiration. The temperature is dropping slowly here in London so let the layering begin!
ReplyDeleteAs usual you have gathered some wonderful images! I love the sliced tree trunk chargers! What a fabulous idea!
ReplyDeleteWhile I'm not quite ready to concede the end of summer, these are some beautiful images. That wreath with the feathers is really beautiful.
