Hope you're having a great weekend! We are enjoying the great weather and, seeing as this is Seattle, we have to make the most of it while it lasts! That of course inspires a lot of al fresco settings for enjoying these warm summer days/evenings. I have posted about al fresco dining before (here and here), but when the temperatures soar (and I know elsewhere they are MUCH hotter than in Seattle right now!) I can't get enough of it.
How does this sound for an al fresco dining experience? We'll sit down here...

How do you like to make the most of Summer dining?

Hi Barbara!
ReplyDeleteYes! We all need to get outside!.. and I like those hanging stars in the third image. Makes for a magical setting for dinning al fresco.
Enjoy your evening!

Beautiful and delicious! Hasn't the weather been wonderful, Barbara? Friday was a little warm for my taste, but it made it perfect for an al fresco feast that stretched late into the night - no sweater or wrap required!
ReplyDeleteHope you are well! XOXO
omg that vege salad with the cheese. i could make love to that.
ReplyDeletelate last night after moving my son and his roomate into their first apartment, we dined with them at a restaurant on a rooftop patio. the weather was gorgeous. my favorite part of my meal was perfectly grilled vegetables. a horse and carriage could be seen and heard by us which was just enchanting. our son LOVES food so summer moments like these are so special!
smiles to you.

Hugs to you,

Barbara,
ReplyDeleteBeautiful images. We've been mired in a heat wave so these images refresh me!

Barbara, I made that first salad with a white wine vinaigrette the other day and it was SO good. We substituted the pistachios for the (hazelnuts?), but this recipe is definitely a keeper. I'm sure it would have tasted way better if we could have eaten it in a location like the first!
